As I look back on this past year, I feel deeply thankful for every single person who has chosen to be part of this community. None of this growth would have happened without you. Together, we built something real, something that is helping families take back their health in a world that makes it harder every day.
This year brought some major milestones. I launched the Non-Toxic Living podcast, which you can now listen to Spotify, Youtube, and Apple Podcasts. We are now ranked number 3 in Health and Fitness Medicine on Apple Podcasts. We opened the doors to the Non-Toxic Living Community and watched people from around the world join together in a shared mission to create healthier homes and healthier bodies. Our Instagram family doubled in size, and this newsletter has grown 152% since last Thanksgiving, which still blows my mind and fills my heart, knowing that I am able to help this many people lead healthier lives. | |
| None of this is something I take lightly. Your messages, your questions, and your willingness to learn and share your experiences have shaped what this movement has become. As I reflect on the past year, I am genuinely grateful for the trust you place in me and for the privilege of serving you and your families.. THANK YOU for showing up, for caring about your health, and for choosing to build a better environment for all of our kids and our future. We are all in this together. |

5 Things I Would Never Buy at Large Grocery Markets
Large grocery markets and warehouse-style retailers can be irresistible to love. You walk in for paper towels, and somehow you leave with a kayak, three pounds of hummus, and enough laundry detergent to survive the apocalypse.
Why You Should Stop Freezing Your Food in Ziploc-Type Bags
Most of us grew up thinking freezer Ziploc bags were one of the greatest conveniences in the kitchen: toss in leftovers, seal, and freeze – done. They’re cheap, they don’t take up space, and they seem harmless. But the deeper you dig into how plastic behaves under real-world conditions, cold, heat, pressure, time, the more you realize these bags might be doing something far less convenient: adding microscopic plastic particles to the food you’re trying to protect.
What’s Really Touching Your Skin While You Sleep
As awareness around environmental toxins grows, children’s makeup remains one of the most overlooked sources of exposure. These aren’t products that most parents scrutinize the way they might scrutinize food, sunscreen, or cleaning supplies. However, the science emerging in recent years paints a far more concerning picture.
What’s Really in Your Bra? Understanding the Chemicals and the Health Impact
If you’re someone who wears a bra every day, maybe even from the moment you wake up until the moment your head hits the pillow, this one’s for you. Most people assume bras are simple, harmless pieces of clothing. Support, comfort, coverage, and that’s it. But when you look a little closer at what they’re made from, how they fit, and what they’re doing to the body long-term, the story gets a lot more complicated.

Non-Toxic Recipe of the Week
Leftover chicken pot pie with Thanksgiving leftovers
This recipe is blowing up online, and this is the cleanest, easiest version you can make. Everything inside the pot pie comes straight from your Thanksgiving leftovers. No extra ingredients, no canned soup, no seed oils, no reheating on the stove. Mix your leftovers, add a clean crust, and bake. It is the simplest, non-toxic day-after-Thanksgiving meal.
This Week on Social Media, I talked about:
In Closing,
Wishing you and your family the happiest Thanksgiving. Thank you again for being part of this growing community and for allowing me to share this work with you each week. I hope your holiday is filled with good food, real connection, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the people you love.
